So, using G8 or SS lowering springs on a PPV, from H&R (G8) or Eibach (SS), for example, will increase the TOTAL drop from PPV OE height, since the stock fitment, using the same suspension design, causes PPV Standing PPV and SS springs side-by-side, there isn't a major difference in their free lengths, so what is the effect with a short-travel strut, I cannot say.
